Kirk has been racing for over 30 years and is a 3 time World and multiple time National Champion sprinter on the track. For 20 years, Kirk has been coaching athletes to their own national and World Championship victories. His clients include track, road, criterium, cyclocross and mountain bike cyclists, Ironman competitors, dragon boat racers, runners and simply, people who want to be in the best shape of their lives! Kirk is a tireless innovator -- constantly researching and blending new information into his training strategies. Success is what drives Kirk.

JENNY WHITEMAN
Jenny grew up participating in gymnastics, springboard diving, soccer and dance. After graduating from the UO, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for dance and trained with Ned Williams in the Dunham Technique. In 1999, Jenny became a certified Pilates instructor through Power Pilates under the guidance of Phoebe Higgins and Susan Moran-Perich and later with master instructor, Kathy Grant at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. In 2001, Jenny and Kirk opened their first studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Jenny received certification in the Kathy Grant Heritage Training program with Cara Reeser and incorporates that comprehensive training with certifications in prenatal + postpartum Pilates, Parkinsons Regeneration Training and the Reembody Method to give her clients a challenging and balanced workout.
